I have over 10 years of experience in counselling in the NHS, in private clinics and with charities. I am a qualified CRUSE bereavement counsellor and I work with many different individuals who may be struggling with different aspects of life. I am also experienced in working with veterans and military families having worked for Combat Stress, the charity supporting veterans with mental health difficulties.
During my practice, I have also gained further skills in trauma work, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and running psychoeducation groups.
