Thank you for visiting my website. I am an experienced therapist working with individuals who may be struggling to make sense of current or past challenges. If you are feeling depressed, anxious or perhaps struggling with relationships at work or home, counselling or psychotherapy may be of help to you and may help you to understand some of the causes of your current situation. I work with people in both short-term and longer-term counselling and psychotherapy and have a particular interest and experience of working with veterans, military families and those with trauma histories.
